Processing Time
Once your order is received, our warehouse team begins preparing it within one business day. Orders approved before 12:00 PM will be fulfilled on the same day. Orders approved after 12:00 PM will be fulfilled on the next business day. Please note that orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Estimated Delivery Time
We ship all orders across Thailand via Flash Express. Estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched are:
- Bangkok & Greater Bangkok: 1–3 business days
- Other Provinces: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly via the Link. Please allow a few hours after receiving your tracking number for the system to update.
If you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, please check the following before contacting us:
- You may have entered an incorrect email address at checkout.
- The email may have been filtered into your spam, junk, or promotions/advertising inbox.

Shipping Fees
- A flat delivery fee of THB 25 applies to orders under THB 1,499 for Bangkok area, and THB 50 for other provinces.

We offer a range of convenient payment options:
- Visa and Mastercard
- Apple Pay
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay the courier directly when your order arrives at your door.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive for on-time delivery, please note that delivery times may be slightly extended during public holidays or extreme weather events. Yangoods will do our best to help expedite the process; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend contacting Flash Express directly for the fastest resolution.
