Processing Time

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Once we have received and inspected your returned item at our local warehouse, please allow 7–14 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Refund Methods by Payment Type

Depending on how you paid for your order, refunds will be issued as follows:

  • Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card, QR PromptPay): Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take a few additional business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders paid via COD, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer. Our support team will reach out to request your bank account details (Account Name, Bank Name, and Account Number) once your return is approved.

You may return or exchange items within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Product Quality Issues (e.g., damage, defects, or incorrect item received): We will cover all return and exchange shipping costs. Replacement items are shipped to you free of charge.
  • Non-Quality Issues (e.g., change of mind, size, or style preference): You may return or exchange your item within 7 days. For these returns, the domestic return shipping cost to our Thailand warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Requirements

To ensure a smooth process, please make sure your item meets the following conditions:

  • Returns must include original packaging in its original condition, including the dust bag and brand tags.
  • Product tags and labels must be attached and undamaged.
  • The item must show no signs of use, wear, or alteration (e.g., scratches, stains, or modifications).
