General Information
HOW TO STORE
DOs
- Empty out the bag before storing it.
- Keep the bags away from direct sunlight.
- Store your Bags in Dust Bag (if you do not have a dust bag, a pillow case is a suitable replacement).
- Keep it in cold,dry and well-ventilated area.
- Stuff the bag with clean white paper or fabric to maintain the shape of the bag.
- Put dehumidifier box or silica gel pack in places where you store your bag to lower the risk of mildew and mold.
- Store the bag flat on a shelf.
- Air it at least once a month and avoid putting it in a storage for too long.
DON’Ts
- Do not stack the bags on top of each other.
- Do not hang the bags at all cost to prevent any unnecessary weight on the handles and hardware.
- Do not store the bag in plastic bag or sealed container.
- Avoid contact with abrasive substances that can cut, scratch or scuff the bag.
- Avoid contact with solvents and alcohols (such as perfumes, nail polish remover and other chemicals).
COTTON CANVAS, POLYESTER CANVAS
HOW TO CARE
- When the canvas gets soaked, empty the bag and leave it to dry naturally away from direct heat.
- Extra care should be taken while the bag is worn with richly dyed clothing or vice versa.
- Color fading is a normal phenomenon after experiencing sweat, rain and sunlight for a certain period of time.
HOW TO CLEAN
DOs
- Remove any dirt or mud on the surface of the bag with soft brush firstly.
- Only use Handwash technique and use mild detergent or liquid soap for the canvas part of the bag.
- “ For Nylon material: clean by damping the clean white cloth in mixture of warm water & liquid soap and dabbing the surface with that cloth. “
- Only use cold water and soft brush for the wash.
- Air Dry in the shade naturally.
DON’Ts
- Do not wring.
- Do not machine wash or machine dry.
- Do not use bleaching agents or strong detergents and chemicals.
- Do not soak in the detergent for long time, or use excess detergent.
COATED CANVAS, VEGAN LEATHER, MICRO LEATHER & REAL LEATHER
HOW TO CARE
- If the material comes in contact with water do not rub the affected area. Simply use a dry, clean, absorbent cloth and dab the area to soak up as much liquid as possible.
- Avoid contact with alcohol-based solvents (perfumes, nail polish remover, etc.) and oily & greasy compound (makeup, creams, etc.). These substances can stain and weaken the material.
- Extra care should be taken while the bag is worn with richly dyed clothing or vice versa.
- Store leather away from artificial sources of heat, e.g. radiators can cause leather to dry and crack.
HOW TO CLEAN
DOs
- Remove any dirt or mud on the surface of the bag with soft brush firstly.
- Damp the clean white cloth or a wet tissue to wipe down the surface.
- Dry the surface by wiping with clean dry white cloth or air-dry in the shade naturally.
- If the material is heavily stained and need extra cleaning, look for an expert leather cleaning service.

- Do no apply excessive pressure while wiping down the surface.
- Do not use bleaching agents or detergents or chemicals.
TEXTILE: SCARF
HOW TO WASH: COTTON, Polyester
DOs
- Pre-treat stains if any with cleanser.
- Use warm water to wash.
- Keep the drying time short.
- Dry in mild sunlight and hang it inside out.
- Only iron in low/medium heat.
DON’Ts
- Do not use bleaching agents or strong detergents and chemicals.
- Do not soak in the detergent for long time, or use excess detergent.
- Do not dry in direct sunlight.
HOW TO WASH: SILK
DOs
- Handwash only.
- Wash with mild soap.
- Use water below 300 Celsius to wash.
- Soak in water (not more than 5~10 minutes) and stir it with hands.
For serious stain: massage it gently. - To keep the silk’s hydrated feel, use a mild fabric conditioner in the final rinse.
- Roll the scarf in clean and soft towel and press delicately to wring out the water.
- Dry in mild sunlight and hang it on hanger inside out.
- Iron it only when the scarf is dry and be sure to put a clean white cloth between the scarf and the iron.
- Only iron in low heat or silk setting.
- Do not spray or wet the scarf while ironing.
- Store your scarf in a breathable fabric bag.

- Do not soak in the detergent for long time, or use excess detergent.
- Do not wring, twist or rub the scarf while washing.
