We take the quality of our products very seriously and are happy to replace any damaged or defective item within 15 days of delivery. Simply call us at 09258707327 or email email@example.com with your order number and a detailed description of the problem.
After 15 days of delivery, we will not replace an item outright, but are happy to repair it.
- After 15 days, if item arrived damaged/defective: We will repair an item for free and pay/reimburse shipping costs.
- After 15 days, if item was damaged after deliver: We will repair an item for free, but customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- After 60 days: A service fee, depending on the item and condition, will be charged, and customer is responsible for shipping costs.
If your order has not shipped yet, you can make changes or cancel it. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has shipped.
It may take a few minutes after placing an order for the order summary email to arrive. If after ten minutes you do not receive a confirmation, check that it wasn’t sent to your “spam” or “promotions” folder. If you still have not received an email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and customer service will help you from there.

We usually take one business day to process and ship your order. Delivery may take two to three business days.
Shipping fees depend on the items you ordered and your location. Your shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed before final order confirmation.

The “billing address” is the address that you provided to your bank when you applied for your credit or debit card, and the “shipping address” is the place you actually want your order to be delivered to. If you would like to pay with Cash on Delivery (COD), please choose the “same as shipping address” option when asked for your billing address.
7. If there is nobody home to accept my delivery, can I request that my parcel be left outside my residence or handed over to neighbors?
If there is no one to receive your delivery at the provided address, the delivery person will return the parcel to their office where it will be held for a week until you can arrange another delivery time. Our delivery people will not leave it outside or hand it over to neighbors. If you do not reschedule delivery after one week, the item will be returned to the Yangoods head office.
Our courier partner will call you when your parcel is ready to be delivered. If there is no one to receive the delivery at the given shipping address, the delivery person will contact you and another delivery will be attempted on your next preferred working day. (Note: You are expected to choose a delivery day on which you or someone in your house will be available to receive it. We accept redelivery requests only for unforeseen circumstances.)
Yangoods currently only accepts the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method in Myanmar Kyats (MMK) .

Yangoods Insider is our membership program that allows customers to make online purchases. It uses a point system, called Yangold, that gives Insiders access to exciting gifts and rewards. You can register for free both online and offline. Once you become an Insider, you will earn one Yangold for every 1,000 kyats spent on eligible products. Click here for more information on how to become an insider.
Your membership lasts as long as you keep shopping with Yangoods. However, your account and Yangold will be deleted if you have not made any new purchases within two years. Additionally, your Insider account will be deleted if you do not make any purchases within 60 days after you register.
There are three tiers of Insider membership: Insider, Emerald Insider and Mahura Insider. Your accumulated Yangold determines your tier. Check out the Yangoods Insider page for more information.

You can check your Yangold and list of redeemable rewards after logging in on our website. Then go to the home page and click “Insider Rewards”. We also email you your updated Yangold balance after every purchase. To redeem your reward, click on the item you want to redeem from Reward Items page. Then you will see a pop up with your coupon code. After copying the coupon code, continue to the next page. Finally, paste the coupon code into the “discount code” box before checkout.
If you fail to enter your coupon code, the value for your reward item will not be deducted from your Yangold balance. Instead, it will be purchased normally, and you will be charged the value in kyat. If you accidentally purchase an item you were trying to redeem as a reward, contact customer service and we will cancel the purchase and help you redeem your reward.
You can wait up to 30 days to use the coupon. After that, the coupon code will expire, and you will need to generate a new one.
A coupon code can only be used for one reward.
Rewards cannot be refunded.
Once you generate a coupon code for a reward, your Yangold will be automatically deducted. At this point, we cannot restore your spent Yangold, so please be careful and only redeem the rewards you want.
Yes, you must make an account on our website to make purchases online. When you sign up, you will automatically become a Yangoods Insider and enjoy all of the benefits of the program. If you are already a Yangoods Insider, you must create an account on our website using the same email linked with your existing Insider membership. You will retain all of the Yangold and other benefits you have already earned.

Unfortunately, your email address associated with your Insider account cannot be changed. You can have multiple accounts using different email addresses, but your Yangold will not be combined.
To update your phone number or contact address, log in to your Insider Account, go to 'Your Account' and you can edit and save your information.
