  • You may exchange your product for one or more products of a different color, size or design with a total value equal to the original product (15) days of delivery. If you exchange your product for items with a lesser total value, Yangoods cannot reimburse you for the difference in cost.
  • Exchanged items must be unused, have their original tags and be in like-new condition.
  • To exchange an item for a higher-priced product, you must pay the difference in price.
  • You will not be refunded the price difference for exchanging an item for a lower-priced product.
  • Items can only be exchanged for products we currently have in stock. To check on the availability of your preferred item, please contact us at 09258707327 within office hours.

We will replace a damaged or defective item within (15) days of delivery.

Although we will not replace damaged/defective items more than (15) days after you have received them, we will repair them for free. If you received an item in a damaged/defective condition, we will also reimburse shipping costs and ship it back to you for free. However, if an item is damaged after you receive it, we will still repair it for free, but you are responsible for any shipping costs. (60) days after you receive the item, you must pay a service fee to have your item repaired.

Items can be exchanged/returned at one of our stores upon presentation of receipt.

You must pay for the pickup and delivery costs for items exchanged due to change-of-mind. Yangoods is only responsible for pickup and delivery costs for damaged/defective items.

  • Yes, if the recipient has a proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or e-invoice, they can exchange or return it within (15) days of delivery. Please make sure all items are unused, have their original tags and are in like-new condition.

Yes, you have a one-time opportunity to exchange your scarf for a new design or replace a damaged/defective scarf. However, we do not have a repair service for scarves.

Yes, you can exchange jewelry products or returned them to us for repair within (14) days from delivery.

We provide refunds for returned items in the form of Yangoods store credit that can be used for future purchases. Items must be returned within (15) days of delivery.
