- Develop plans, materials, talk scripts and tools for customer communication.
- Posting and replying on comments and messages from Yangoods Facebook pages, Instagram and Shop.com.mm
- Handles incoming calls, inquiries from customers and redirect towards necessary teams.
- Provides supporting paperwork and data entry as required.
- Monitoring customer feedback regarding shop activities, products and customer service.
- Coordinate and lead the necessary teams to help solve customers’ issues.
- Act as a communication link between product, retail departments and customers.
- Handle confidential customer personal information appropriately.
- Develop and maintains service & complaint report, shop feedback report.
