  • Develop plans, materials, talk scripts and tools for customer communication.
  • Posting and replying on comments and messages from Yangoods Facebook pages, Instagram and
  • Handles incoming calls, inquiries from customers and redirect towards necessary teams.
  • Provides supporting paperwork and data entry as required.
  • Monitoring customer feedback regarding shop activities, products and customer service.
  • Coordinate and lead the necessary teams to help solve customers’ issues.
  • Act as a communication link between product, retail departments and customers.
  • Handle confidential customer personal information appropriately.
  • Develop and maintains service & complaint report, shop feedback report.
